食材:


{ 免揉麵包} 2¼杯 中(高)筋麵粉

3茶匙 酵母粉

¼茶 匙鹽

2大匙 糖

1 蛋

1杯 溫牛奶

1大匙 橄欖油


{奶茶卡士達醬}

200ml 牛奶

1 紅茶包

2 蛋黃

2大匙 糖

1大匙 玉米粉


{餡料}

1杯 煮熟珍珠粉圓


Ingredients:


{No-Knead Buns}

2¼ cups All-purpose flour

3 tsp Dry yeast

¼ tsp Salt

2 Tbsp Sugar

1 Egg

1 cup warm milk

1 Tbsp Olive oil


{Milk Tea Custard Cream}

200 ml Milk

1 bag Black Tea bag

2 Egg Yolk

2 Tbsp Sugar

1 Tbsp Cornstarch


{Filling}

1 cup Cooked Boba


作法 Instructions


1. 將麵粉、糖、酵母粉、鹽、蛋、橄欖油、溫牛奶全部放入攪拌盆中,用刮到攪拌均勻成麵團。

1. Put all the flour, sugar, yeast powder, salt, egg, olive oil, and warm milk into the mixing bowl, and use the scraper to stir evenly into a dough.


2. 在攪拌盆上方蓋上保鮮膜和毛巾,進行第一次室溫發酵1~2小時,膨脹至兩倍大。

2. Cover the top of the mixing bowl with plastic wrap and towel, and carry out the first fermentation at room temperature for 1~ 2hours, and expand to double-size.


3. 發酵完成的麵糰分割成8份,每一份都滾成圓球狀。

3. Divide the dough into 8 portions and roll each portion into a ball.


4. 將每一份麵糰中都包入奶茶卡士達醬、珍珠粉圓,放在烤盤上。

4. Pack each portion of the dough with Milk Tea Custard Cream and Boba, and place on the baking tray.


5. 蓋上保鮮膜後進行第二次室溫發酵30分鐘後,每顆麵糰上抹上一層牛奶、撒上麵粉。

5. Cover with plastic wrap, and carry out the second fermentation at room temperature for 30 minutes. Spread a layer of milk on each dough, sprinkle with flour.


6. 將麵糰放入烤箱,以355°F/180°C 烘烤 20分鐘。

7. 將表皮烤成金黃色的麵包放涼後就可以吃啦!
