比利時烈日鬆餅 Belgian Liege Waffle


Have you ever thought about making "Belgian Liege Waffle" with "Bullhead BBQ Sauce"? Probably not. Me either until today this skeptical combination of “BBQ Sauce” and “Waffle” prove themselves to be a delicious encounter!

And what's more, when eating the barbecue waffle with a drizzle of honey, you'll be surprised by the sweet and salty taste, combined with the rich aroma of BBQ Sauce. This new experience of food palate may just make you speechless and your eyes wide open. No time to think about it but just give it a try! I think you will fall in love with this "Belgian BBQ Sauce Waffle" at the first bite!


麵粉 1½杯 (200g)

糖 2大匙 (30g)

酵母粉 ¼茶匙 (2g)

蛋 1顆 (50g)

溫牛奶 ⅓杯 (80ml)

融化奶油 4大匙 (2oz / 60g)

沙茶醬 2大匙 (25g)



1½ Cup All-purpose Flour (200g)

2 Tbsp Sugar (30g)

¼ tsp Instant Dry Yeast

1 Egg (50g)

⅓ cup Warm Milk (80ml)

4 Tbsp Melted Unsalted Butter (2oz / 60g)

2 Tbsp Bullhead Barbecue Sauce (25g)


作法 Instructions


1.Whisk together flour, sugar, yeast, egg, warm milk, and melted butter in a mixing bowl until well combined.


2.Add Bullhead Barbecue Sauce into the waffle dough and stir until fully mixed.


3.Divide the waffle dough into 15 small balls.


4.Cover he balls with a plastic wrap. Allow the dough to rise at room temperature for 2 hours.


5.After the dough rises, transfer the ball to a lightly greased waffle maker and bake for 2 minutes, or until golden brown.


6.Enjoy the warm and crispy barbecue waffle with a drizzle of honey (if desired)
