226g 無鹽奶油 (室溫軟化)(2條 /oz)

165g 砂糖

130g 黃砂糖

2個 蛋

1¼ 茶匙 香草精

¼ 茶匙 檸檬汁

340g 低筋麵粉

½杯 燕麥片

1 茶匙 小蘇打粉

1 茶匙 鹽

1小撮 肉桂粉

2杯 雀巢Nestle Toll House苦甜巧克力豆

1¾杯 切碎的核桃(堅果)


8oz Unsalted Butter, softened (2 sticks) (226g)

¾ Cup + 1 Tbsp Sugar (165g)

¾ Cup Light Brown Sugar (130g / 4.6oz)

2 Eggs

1¼ tsp Vanilla Extract

¼ tsp Lemon Juice

2¼ Cup All Purpose Flour (340g / 12oz)

½ Cup Rolled Oats

1 tsp Baking Soda

1 tsp Salt

Pinch Cinnamon

2⅔ Cups Nestle Toll House semi-sweet chocolate chips

1¾ Cups Chopped Walnuts

作法 Instructions

1. 在攪拌盆中加入奶油、砂糖、黃砂糖,攪拌約2分鐘。

1. Add butter, sugar and brown sugar in the bowl of a stand mixer on medium speed for about 2 minutes.

2. 加入雞蛋、香草精、檸檬汁,以低速攪拌30秒,再以中速攪拌約2分鐘,直到麵團輕盈蓬鬆。

2. Add eggs, vanilla and lemon juice, blending with the mixer on low speed for 30 seconds, then medium speed for about 2 minutes, or until light and fluffy, scraping down the bowl.

3. 加入燕麥、小蘇打、鹽、肉桂粉,攪拌約45秒,不要過度攪拌。

3. With the mixer on low speed, add oats, baking soda, salt and cinnamon, blending for about 45 seconds. Don’t over mix.

4. 加入麵粉,用刮刀輕輕攪拌均勻。

4. Add flour and use spatula to mix it.

5. 加入巧克力豆和堅果攪拌均勻。

5. Add chocolate chips and walnuts and mix well.

6. 將麵團用湯匙挖取後,放在烤盤上,餅乾之間彼此間隔約5公分。

6. Portion dough with a scoop (about 3 tablespoons) onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper about 2 inches apart.

7. 將烤箱預熱至300°F/150°C,烘烤20分鐘。 (邊緣變成金黃色並且中心仍然柔軟)

7. Preheat the oven to 300°F/150°C. Bake for 20 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and the center is still soft.

8. 從烤箱中取出,在烤盤上冷卻約1小時。

8. Remove from the oven and cool on the baking sheet for about 1 hour.
